My Unova Journey Chapter 7

Michelle and her deerling came from the west part of the route where the Team plasma members ran off to.

"Hey I remember you, Michelle right?" I said as she came to a stop near Cheren.
"Yeah do you guys know the people who just ran by?" She asked pointing to where she ran from.

"Yeah, they're part of a group called Team plasma and they just stole this little girl's pokemon." I scowled at the thought.

"Really?! It's a good thing I saw where they went, Brianne follow me!" She said running off into the other direction.

"Right, Bianca and Cheren, stay here while we go find those jerks!" I yelled as I ran off with Michelle.

We came up to a cave on the west side of the route. Michelle then started to rummage through her bag, she seemed to be looking for something.

"Um shouldn't we go in and confront them?" I asked.

"I know, but I have a plan," she said, taking out a metal bat from her bag. " I say we skip the pokemon battle and just wail on them with my trusty bat." She said smiling.
At first I didn't know what to say. Grace just face palmed at the idea and I was thinking actually trying it for a second.

"As much I would like to do that, I don't think resorting to physical violence is the best thing in the world to do, while it's true that what they did is un-forgivable, we don't want this getting more attention than it needs. Plus I was told to keep a low profile while in Unova." I said.

She sighed expressing her obvious annoyance with me. "Fine have it your way but this," she pointed to the bat, "is plan B." She finished putting it back in her bag.
I rolled my eyes at her. "Fine..."

We followed the two grunts into a near by cave and they wouldn't give back the pokemon, they claimed it was because "the child couldn't use the pokemon to its full potential." To which I was highly considering Michelle's plan B at that point as my Ebony swiftly took out the grunts only other pokemon, a patrat. I demanded that they return the pokemon but we were pulled into a double battle as two other grunts appeared behind them.

As expected the battle went well and our pokemon barely took damage. Grace used psychic to take the lillipup from them after that, and they ran off with there tails between their legs. I turned to Michelle and high fived her. "Nice job back there, your deerling is amazing!"

"Thanks, that was more fun than plan B could've ever been!" She said.

"Do you use plan B often?" I said kinda disturbed.

"Maybe.... but enough of this! Let's return that pokemon!" she said already out of the cave as I quickly followed behind after recovering from what she had said.

We gave the little girl her pokemon back, and she thanked us A LOT and gave us both heal balls as a reward. "Thank you for all your help! I promise I'll work hard and become strong trainers like you too!" She said running off with her lillipup.

I smiled big and said "Work hard then! When you get strong challenge me to a battle!"

"Ok Miss! I will!"

And she went back to her preschool immediately after that I went to Bianca and asked if she was alright.

"Yeah I'm totally fine, I'm going to make sure that little girl got to her preschool safely." She said running off.

"Wait Bianca, where did Cheren go?" I asked.

"He went off to heal his pokemon in Nacrene city, don't worry I'll catch up with you guys later though." She said as she kept running.

"What a busy girl..."  Michelle said looking towards the running Bianca as she tripped in the distance.

"Yeah she's always rushing off somewhere. So where are you headed?" I asked

"Oh yeah, about that," she said as if she was about to ask me to do a huge favor, "I was wondering could you do me a favor?" knew it.

"Yes what would you like me to do?" I asked as Grace quietly listened from a few feet away.

"Well I'm on my way home after taking a little trip, and it's been boring traveling on my own, and you look like someone who isn't terribly boring sooooo whatdya' say?" She said pretty honestly.

"Well I don't see why not, it'll be fun to have someone else around!" I said, "Do you mind Grace?" I said turning to her.

" I don't mind if you don't. " She said.

"Great! Now let's get going!" Said Michelle as she proceeded to drag me off to the next route.

As we were walking through the route we were coming up on the town. Michelle had taken the opportunity to show me exactly where she needed to go.

"Ok now you see this here on the map? That town near Marvelous bridge? That's White town and I need to cross the bridge to get there and right next to the bridge is Nimbasa city and since you're already going that way we'll part at Nimbasa, or this forest here near the city." She explained.

"Ok I understand, for the most part." I said as we entered Nacrene city. Just as we entered I saw Cheren who was walking towards me. He said hello to us and Michelle properly introduced herself.

"Well I just wanted to let you know that straight from here you can find the pokemon center, and here I wanted to give you some chesto berries." He gave me some chesto berries and since Michelle was here as well he gave her some as well.

"And I wanted to tell you that the gym leader here uses normal types, so if you have a fighting type pokemon it'll give you an advantage."

"Thanks for the tip Cheren." I said. He nodded and headed off to the pokemon center. I turned to Michelle "Well now that that's done, it's getting pretty late so let's head to the pokemon center and turn in for the night"

"Ok but for breakfast we're going to the cafe here next to the museum, I've been dying to try it ever since I heard about it." She said.

"Fine by me!" I said as we headed over to the pokemon center.

After we had breakfast the next morning we were going to head off to the museum and have a look at it. Michelle and I had been talking and making random conversation and telling her a story from my home region.

"So that's how I got I managed to save that worker from Team Aqua..."

"No way, you just knocked him out, hid him behind a tree and ran? That's pretty fantastic, of course I would've done it a bit different."

"Different ho-?" While talking to her I wasn't paying attention and had accidentally walked into someone. "I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying atten- hey your N aren't you?"

And there he was with a perplexed look on his face, right in front of the museum. He nodded
and then quickly changed the subject. "I... want to see things no one can see."

Huh? I thought.

"The truths of Pokémon inside pokéballs. The ideals of how Trainers should be.  And a future where Pokémon have become perfect, " He continued "...Do you feel the same way?"

" That's a lot to spring on a girl you just met only twice, but well I guess I believe I'd like to find out the best ways to be a good trainer and to raise my pokemon the best they can be, so... yeah I guess I do feel the same." I said looking up at him.

His eyes seemed to lighten up a bit when I said that but he mostly kept a straight face. "That so? I think my friends and I should test you to see if you can see this future, too." He said sending out his pokemon.

Looks like another battle with him again, this should be good. I thought as I sent out Queeny.
